Application letter is a letter that briefly shows experience and abilities related to the job you are interested in. This letter is made to apply to the company or CV that you are aiming for.

C.Fixed Expressions
1.Heading
Heading is the beginning of a letter or the head of a letter. It contains the sender's contact information consisting of name, address, phone number, and email.

2.Opening Remarks
This section contains formal greetings. Usually in this section you write the name of the recipient and a comma after the word "Dear".
e.g:"Dear Novita Sari"
3.Introductory Paragraph.
This section is your introduction and contains a statement that you are applying for a specific job or position at the company you are looking for and the reasons why you are applying for that position.
e.g:
I am excited to be applying for the Junior Journalist Role at your company. After reviewing your job description, I believe that I am the perfect candidate for the position. I have been writing news articles since I was in high school and I was also the leader of my school's journalistic organization. In addition, I have been interested in RuangKoran since it won the Most Creative Publication Award last year. I am certain that I can collaborate with your editorial team and further develop Indonesian creative media.
4.Highlighting Paragraph.
This section is the most important part and is also called the cover letter highlights. This section is the core section containing your qualifications and special skills, and of course related to the position you are applying for.
e.g:
I am a recent high school graduate and currently, I am in my first semester of college in Media and Communication major at Brahmana University. I graduated from high school with a high distinction due to my high exam scores and my extracurricular achievements. I gained my journalistic experiences in my school's student newspaper. I started as a field reporter, in which I learned valuable skills, such as developing detailed articles and maintaining a resourceful knowledge in news topics. Later, I was promoted to the editor role, where I managed my team in producing creative content. Under my leadership, our newspaper won the award for the Best Student Newspaper in the state for two years in a row. I am confident that my proven skills will help me to contribute to RuangKoran's success.
5.Closing Paragraph.
is the final paragraph that includes a thank you to the company or recruiter for considering the application you submitted.
e.g:
Thank you for your time and consideration.
6.Complimentary Degree.
This section contains final salutations. In this section, you can explain that you would like to discuss the job you are applying for further in an interview with the recruiter.
e.g:
I look forward to having a discussion about the job in an interview. I hope that my skills and experiences will bring value to RuangKoran in the future.
7.Signature.
you can conclude the letter with your signature and full name.
